Starting with Elders Top End Group in 2025, I bring unique combination of customer service experience, practical problem‑solving skills, and hands‑on property knowledge to my role in property management. My real estate career began in reception at Elders in Katherine, where I developed strong communication skills, a calm and professional approach, and the ability to manage enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and create positive first impressions.
Before moving into real estate, I also worked on a station, where I gained valuable practical experience completing fencing, general repairs, and building sheds. This hands‑on background gives me a solid understanding of property maintenance, how issues arise, and what’s required to keep a property in good condition something many property managers don’t get to learn firsthand.
